About us
We focus on providing positive behaviour support (PBS) services for NDIS participants. Our goal is to use expertise in PBS and tailor services to each individual with special needs. We believe in long-term support and endeavour to keep a consistent match between particular practitioners and participants. Our specialised and committed practices in PBS determines that we act on connecting with participants and their families and make progress together.
Our Director
Dr Zhaoen (Penny) Pan
Welcome to Home Lover Connect! Our director is accredited with a Doctorate in Social Work from Monash University. She has 7+ years of experience in social work teaching and research, and 2+ years of practice experience in NDIS and mental health sectors. She is a behaviour support practitioner and a counsellor.
She is a bilingual behaviour support practitioner fluent in English and Chinese, ready to provide services tailored to your language preferences.
Our rates
PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) funding
PBS funding is the Capacity Building—Improved Relationships funding in your NDIS plan. The NDIS 2024-25 Pricing Guideline states that PBS costs $222.90 per hour in metropolitan areas of Victoria.
If you do not have the PBS funding in your NDIS plan, we can help you apply for it by creating a Functional Behaviour Analysis Report. This service will cost 15 hours under the Other Professional code item ($193.90) from your Capacity Building—Improved Daily Living funding. It includes gathering information from family, school, and other parties, completing the report, and providing support strategies.
